Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy

All custom rugs are non-refundable once work has begun because each piece is made specifically for your design. If full payment has been made and production has not started, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the business, less any administrative costs.

Design & Colour Variations

Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product. Colours may appear slightly different in person compared with digital screens. Minor line or carving variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

Turnaround Time

Estimated production times are a guide only and may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Care Responsibility

Once delivered or collected, the customer is responsible for proper care and maintenance. Damage caused by incorrect care is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless stated otherwise. The business is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. Any damage during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
