How to Care for Your Handmade Tufted Rug

Each rug is handmade using high-quality yarn and professional backing. Proper care will keep your rug looking fresh and vibrant for years.

Vacuuming

Vacuum 1–2 times per week on a low suction setting.
Avoid rotating brush heads where possible.
Vacuum in the direction of the pile.

Shedding

Light shedding is completely normal for tufted rugs, especially in the first few weeks. This does not affect durability and will reduce over time.

Spot Cleaning

Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth (do not rub).
Use mild soap and cold water.
Avoid soaking the rug.
Do not machine wash.

Deep Cleaning

Professional rug cleaning is recommended if heavily soiled.
Do not steam clean.
